About the Fall Season

1st practice September 26 at 9A Baymeadows Regional Park from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Season will conclude with the last tournament on January 19th
NEW THIS YEAR! Season will be broken into three phases:
Phase 1 will run from September 26 through November 17. We will focus heavily on fundamentals, and teaching what we call “lacrosse IQ,” or in other words, a players understanding of what the next right play is. We will participate in a one-day tournament locally, as well as a two-day event in Orlando.
Phase 2 will from November 29 through December 20. We will focus on teaching key concepts of box lacrosse and playing in tight spaces. The benefits of this kind of training were evident in watching Team Canada this year and we want to bring that to our players! This session will consist of skills training and small sided game play.
Phase 3 will run from January 2 through January 19. This is where we put it all together and get ready for the high school season. We will focus more on how to incorporate your new skill set into team concepts. This session will also include a one-day tournament locally
Wednesdays, 6:30pm-8:00pm, at 9A Baymeadows Regional Park
Saturdays, 10:30am-12:30pm at Episcopal School of Jacksonville, or Bartram Trail HS
Practices will rotate between Bartram Trail High School, Episcopal School of Jacksonville, & 9A Baymeadows Regional Park
